A Reputation Built on Trust
Konecke Construction LLC is by far the best construction team I have hired. The quality of work was on point but overall the team listened to all of my needs. I will hire them again for any work, big or small. The Konecke construction team is now like family to me. I highly recommended the Konecke Team!
I'm writing with immense satisfaction to commend the outstanding performance and service of Konecke Construction LLC. My first engagement was with the owner, Ms. Shelia Konecke late August 2023. She promptly arranged a meeting to discuss the scope of my project and offer an estimate. As a professional painter myself, I was eager to gauge her expertise. Shelia's deep understanding of customer and personal service became evident almost instantly. It was reassuring to realize we shared a similar perspective, leading us to mutually agree on painting my one-bedroom apartment in Leesburg, VA for a reasonable price. What especially impressed me beyond our initial discussions was the seamless execution of the project. Shelia's adept coordination paired perfectly with the craftsmanship of her painters, Enrique and Daniel. Their dedication and meticulous approach ensured every corner of my apartment was painted flawlessly. Their commitment reflected both their personal professionalism and the high standards of Konecke Construction LLC. In short, the project's results exceeded my high expectations. The team's professionalism and expertise not only underscore their individual skill but also highlight the excellence of Konecke Construction LLC as a whole. I am deeply grateful to HomeAdvisor, Inc. for making this collaboration possible. I wholeheartedly recommend both Konecke Construction and HomeAdvisor to anyone in search of top-tier home improvement services. Clearly, HomeAdvisor maintains a high benchmark with the vendors they showcase, guaranteeing quality experiences for clients like myself. Thank you and well done to everyone involved!
We hired Konecke Construction originally to redo a primary upstairs bathroom, replacing the shower and floor tile, cabinet, toilet and tub. Demolition was fast and the crew did a great job keeping the area clean. Sheila was attentive to our needs, listened to our concerns, and provided good advice to help meet our overall goals. Enrique, Sheila's hands-on technical point man, provided very good technical solutions and alternatives when presented with technical issues that conflicted with our original plans. One that stands out was designing a shower "niche" when the wall structure had barriers we did not expect. And Daniel did a superb job with carefully laying the tile and in-laid design. The crew worked within our schedule, and were organized, polite, and courteous. Sheila kept in contact throughout the entire process. I was also impressed with the way she interacted with her team to ensure that they worked safely and could provide the best for the clients. We are very satisfied with the outcome, the time to complete and the overall reasonable price. After the bathroom, we immediately hired them to resolve some door issues, and help us save time by painting our living room and hallways, and staining our townhouse stairs. All in all, a good work experience and we would hire them again.
