We Don't Just Build—We Buy Too

Residential Sales Expert of Northern Virginia

Sheila Konecke worked in the residential sales industry for 17 years before starting Konecke Construction, so she not only knows a thing or two about building and renovating houses, but buying and selling houses, too. Whatever condition it may be in, she’ll always be willing to take a look and provide informed feedback.

If you’re looking to sell your home, you can rely on Sheila’s expertise garnered over years of working with home investors in Northern Virginia.

We’ll never leave you hanging—you can always expect your calls to be answered and regular updates on your project. At Konecke Construction, we pride ourselves on building projects and relationships through communication.

Personalized builds tailored to your vision

Our team will make sure your project turns out exactly as you planned, because we know it isn’t just a structure. We understand that this project will be a part of your life, so we make it a part of ours as well.

Elevated building, affordable price

We work hard to stay within your budget—there will be no surprise expenses waiting for you at the end of construction. We make the most of your budget by being efficient, and we clearly communicate all of your options.

How it Works

The Process

Making an Offer

We will schedule a time when we can meet up for a first look at the property. Based on our first look, we’ll let you know if we’re interested in buying the property and give you an initial offer. Konecke Construction only invests in homes at a slight discount, and will consider houses in almost any condition.

Home Inspection

If you like our initial offer, we’ll have a home inspection done, and based on the findings, we’ll either confirm our initial offer or give you a counter-offer.

Closing

Once we’ve reached a price we’ve both agreed on, we’ll close the purchase.
